ST/SC फॉर्म (जाति प्रमाण पत्र) – परिचय

ST/SC (अनुसूचित जनजाति / अनुसूचित जाति) प्रमाण पत्र एक महत्वपूर्ण सरकारी दस्तावेज है, जो व्यक्ति की जाति को प्रमाणित करता है। यह प्रमाण पत्र सरकारी योजनाओं, छात्रवृत्ति, नौकरी में आरक्षण और अन्य लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए आवश्यक होता है। राजस्थान में ST/SC फॉर्म के माध्यम से आवेदक आसानी से ऑनलाइन या ऑफलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। सही दस्तावेजों और जानकारी के साथ आवेदन करने पर प्रमाण पत्र निर्धारित समय में जारी कर दिया जाता है।

 The document is an application form for a caste certificate in Rajasthan. It requests personal details of the applicant, such as name, father’s name, date of birth, gender, religion, caste, permanent and current address, etc.

2. It also requires the applicant to submit affidavits from two responsible persons testifying that the applicant belongs to the scheduled caste/tribe, as well as copies of ID proofs like a ration card or a voter ID.

3. The applicant must declare that they and their family are not migrants from other states and have not obtained caste certificates from other districts or states.
